Stainless compact K-tip gyuto and paring knife, a handy little set for any kitchen situation. Using Sandvik 14c28n stock that has a belt finish, heat treated to hrc60-61 and also cryogenically treated. One of the stainless steels I enjoy due to its ability to take an edge without too much effort.
Handles are richlite (blue Canyon) which are made up of either FSC paper and/or post-consumer recycled paper. Both handles are finished to 600grit with a final buff with green scotchbite leaving it smooth with just the right amount of grip. The K-tip has a two piece hidden tang design with a chamfered seam, offset brass pin and a central brass pin, while the paring knife is a full tang design with two central brass pins.
